LEGO Marvel Super Heroes App Reviews

I love this game and I have already beat the game. Even after beating the storyline for this game, the game keeps its playability well after I have finished. My only complaint with this game is the way the camera works in this game sometimes. There have been times where I wish I could manually move the camera so I can see where I am going. Other then that I like game will continue to play it.

I have already completed the first game - sand station. But I could not get into the second one. I tried so many times…..

I got this game and it’s just great, the graphics are fantastic and the game is very well designed. Something i dont like about the game is that the mac buttons like the F2 key which opens dashboard and desktop will not respond and i cant check the battery unless i quit the game. Also i would be cool if i could play the app in a window insetad of taking up the entire screen so that i could use other applications.

I think we should implement a "pay AFTER you play through” style of gaming business. With all of the bugs I’ve encountered in the past couple of days with this game I would delete it from my computer but i paid $30 for it. What was supposed to be a pleasant distraction from stress has turned into a useless piece of code taking up space on my computer.

I would have given it 5 out of 5 but there is a glitch on level # 15 in which you can not beat “gulactus” but the rest of the game is fantastic. I would whaght for an up date be for buying it.

its a greate game i love it and for mac this is how u do like say u only have the key board and u want to play 2 players do fn f2 and it has greate graphics i suggest u should buy it i found no glitches and maybe add like the winter soldier from captian america in future update maybe thx

I have the Mac mini i5 with the Radeon card and it plays this game really well, even though the game says my Mac isn’t supported (save for seeing Wolverine’s skeleton a lot). It’s a really enjoyable Lego game and they get better and better with each new one. If your Mac has my power or better, you can get this game without an issue and enjoy playing it.

So, I downloaded this game thinking that it had a lot of potential. But, Surprise! It takes slower to download than a turtle Stuck in quicksand. Again, havent played it, looks great, just needs the download time to be quicker. P.S. It might just be something with my computer. if so, sorry.

I have a 2011 MBP with unsupported (naturally) Intel HD3000 graphics card, but this game is working pretty well for me. There have been some graphical issues, but nothing serious yet. Also, some people have talked about seeing character icons flashing to question marks and back. I don’t think this is a glitch, I’m pretty sure this is actually a version of that character that hasn’t been unlocked yet. I may be wrong, but it’s highly likely that the problem is a part of the game, not actually a glitch. Definitely worth the $30, especially because it’s much more fun than DC Super Heroes. You definitely should buy this game. Although I should note that the controls will not change, even though you have the ability to change them. No matter how many times I have gone into the control configuration screen it will exit the screen when I hit “accept,” but it will not change the controls. So watch out for that.

Works perfectly on my MacBook Air… wish there was a way that while playing the game it didn’t take complete control over my computer. I’d love to be able to “freeze” the application and switch in and out of it. Currently if I’m playing Marvel Lego… I’m commited until I’m able to save and exit the game, do what I need to do on my computer, and then restart the game again. This is the only game I currently have on my computer that does this… it’s the only frustrating part of the game. Other than that… GREAT GAME. Almost 5 stars in my opinion!

Technical side: Even though it said the game wasn’t supported I can still play it with just a little lower graphics. Gameplay: This might be one of the best Lego games out there! New York never gets boring and the amount of bonus levels etc. keeps the game fresh even after finishing the story mode. Very fun characters and a lot of fun with a friend.

Perhaps its just me… but I literally couldn’t stand playing this game after 1 hour… it’s a really, really boring game

Great game. Unsupported GPU, (The infamous HD3000) but working so far. Great! Download times (my wi-fi’s fault) were crazy. First it was fine, 10 mb/s. Then it dropped to 7 hours estimated download time. Then it went to a day. In the hour between a day, and 3 hours, my luckiest point was 17 hours. It ended at three hours Open-world is great. Long amount of content. Nice roster of heroes, nails it with the humor (Ice puns just aren’t cool anymore!). Good job TT, and good job Feral for the port.

I really enjoy playing this port of Lego Marvel. It runs really well and looks fantastic. The only compaint I have is with the controller support. The game does support the Xbox and PlayStation Controller and it works well, but when using the controller instead of the actual symbol they have BUTTON 13 (Triangle), BUTTON 14 (Circle), etc….I mean it’s not that big of a issue since I’ve played most of the Lego games, but considering that some of the other ports Feral’s published do have the symbols, it’s weird. It’s something that might be a good idea to address, but doesn’t detract from the game.

The app is great, don’t get me wrong. But I had issues when I tried to use it with my apple tv. I called support fot this app, they told me to go to apple, and apple told me- after an hour on the phone, to delete the app. If anybody could be more helpful than apple please let me know. Other than that it’s an awesome game.

So much to do, so many characters, its endless. Go Marvel

- So let us begin with GRAPHICS. They are stunning especially when you turn shaders on. The depth they went with the graphics is stunning and i love it. The descriptive art of the free world and levels are amazing. Next up is the GAMEPLAY. First of all i have to say the backgrounds of the level is great and so intense, the levels are perfectly put together to make the ultimate lego experience. Free world is not a totally new addition of lego games but they did step up the size and details of the map of free- world. So next is the CHARACTERS/MINI FIGURES which is not new to the lego universe, but they stepped it up in this game they have 289 characters and 146 slots and each character is different which is very impressive for the amount of characters there are. Finnaly the GLITCHES, There are some bugs and crahes in the game, im not saying its a game breaker but it could interrupt your fun once or twice. And the overall grade of the game is 9.2 pretty good.

Enjoying playing a less graphics-intense game with mostly solid game-play. The contols take some getting used to on a macbook pro (especially Iron Man), but overall its great! However, there are some weird glitches I’ve noticed in the game. I’ve often experienced a prolonged lag when changing characters here and there (game freezes anywhere between an estimated 2 and 20 seconds). Also, when on the character management screen, I’m not sure if its supposed to be this way, but the characters blink between their icon and a question mark. Oddly, this means I have to time it just right when changing to certain characters. However, in spite of what I consider minor glitches, I don’t regret my purchase. It’s still a fun game and I recommend you purchase it. UPDATE: I am now using a late 2012 mac mini, and the graphics have shown some improvement over my mid-2012 macbook pro. Also, I have learned that the blinking selections on the character selection screen are for unpurchased versions of those characters; as such, they are not glitches. Enjoy the game!

this game is grate for any lego fan just it will sum times freez dering leveels and free roam a good thing is i got dlc charicters for free whan bying this game and i don’t know if you always get them but pleas fix some of the buggs in a perfect game buy if wanted but marvil fans will love it allso first 100% game for me one level at the varey end it froze moldable tims save the game then so you don’t have to do the levle agen allso it ses 12+ hear wich is t but in stores its E 10+ so if thears a ten year old who cant play te games it realley e 10+ allso don’t buy cas 3ds verson is not the best inles you want but 3ds verson harder

die hard marvel fan. I’m totally calling hipster status on it. lol. Huge problem though, i can’t change characters. ‘U’ button does’t let me change characters from the base three. ‘M’ doesn’t let me go to the map. i can’t even choose anything in the menu bars which means all i can do is play as the mandatory characters and quit. there are NEEDS for other characters in every single level and i cant access them.
